  • Who?

    As a group fitness instructor for over 30 years, Lisa is a lifelong fitness enthusiast. Good fortune and hard work brought dreams of professional cheerleading in the NFL and the title Ms. Fitness NJ to fruition. Now, as the mom and UBER driver of three and a full time Physical Education / Health teacher, Lisa has launched Kobe Fitness to make group exercise classes available to everyone in the convenience of their home on their schedule.

  • How?

    Workout challenges are scheduled 50 days at a time. The next 50-Day Challenge begins July 2024. Every day at the crack of dawn (6:00 am weekdays) a new interval style workout goes LIVE. The 30-minute workout mixes weights and cardio movements and is able to be modified to meet all fitness levels. The daily workouts remain accessible for participants to do at a time convenient to them. Participants need a small, clear area and a set of dumbbells.

  • Why?

    The first goal of the Kobe Fitness workouts are to #buildYOURarmor for life’s everyday challenges both physically and mentally. We do this by reminding ourselves to #findYOURhard in every 40 second exercise interval. As we progress through each 50-day round we celebrate becoming #stongNOTskinny. Because let’s face it, it’s our job to #protectthishouse because it’s the only place we have to live.
